There is three other books for RC that are important. Path of Tears that are maybe the best Traveller module/suplement ever written. Beats QLI/Avenger and anything from CT my several yards.

Smash and Grab are also quite important for the RC setting. As my books has been packed down I can't give you any spesifics about their content as it is a few years ago I actually read them.

Personalities of RCES are also important and gives you some high lights about several RC people, political and operational. All suitable as either as a nemesis or a patron depending on the players alignement.
